New study towards introduction and uptake of carbon-neutral fuels for automobiles
Ipieca member ENEOS, together with Idemitsu Kosan, Toyota and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries have started a study on the introduction and scale up of carbon-neutral fuels in Japan. The study benefits from the four organizations’ respective roles in fuel supply, technology and demand.
IFC and Italian Climate Fund partner with Eni to support biofuel production and Kenyan farmers
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Italian Climate Fund have announced a USD 210 million investment in Eni’s Kenyan subsidiary to expand the production and processing of biofuels, supporting decarbonisation of the global transport industry and the livelihoods of up to 200,000 small-scale Kenyan oilseed farmers.
Over 700 Villanueva people benefit from GeoPark health drive with Colombian Civil Air Patrol
With the support of GeoPark, the medical-surgical brigade of the Colombian Civil Air Patrol brought free, specialised health services to over 700 local people in Villanueva for the eighth time. Since 2017, the partnership has carried out 15 health drives, improving the quality of life of almost 10,000 people with more than 22,000 medical services.
